PAGE SIX Gam Captures Basketball Title Phi Phi Gamma Delta and the Untouchables are the 1961 IM basketball champions following impressive wins in the finals last night in Rec Hall. The Untouchables ripped Nittany 22, 57-38; while Phi Cam had a harder time dOwning Delta Upsilon, 49-37. Intramural Director Dutch Sykes said a playoff game be tween the two champions is being planned some time next week: The win for the Untouchables was their 35th straight and marked their third consecutive independent championship. Footballer Dick Iltiak led the Un touchables with 16 points. Last year 1-loak scored 27 points in the championship playoff. Lenny Litman, the general man ager and owner of the Pittsburgh entry, picked 26 players—many from the tri-state •area. Litman, also took Duquesne's Bob Slobodnik and Ned Twyrnan; !John Fridley and Dick Falenski ,of Pitt; and Lee Patrone of West Virginia.
