However, Miss Ganter said, Dean Lipp had not yet decided on the governing system of the halls under integrated women’s living. Miss Ganter feels that retain ing the freshman council is neces saiy so that freshman leadership spirit will not be stifled and also fieshman problems could be solved. She said that freshman council wa 3 considering a plan requiring a certain percentage of residence hall leaders to be freshmen when the integrated system goes into effect Mbs McPherson said that WSGA must also consider what their place as a rule making body will be when co-educa tional living goes into effect.
