Lipp, dean of women, will speak and answer questions on "Careers" at 6:30 p.m. tonight in Hibbs lounge as part of this month's fireside chat program, sponsored by the Women's Student Government Association. Other students will give a 20- minute talk and then hold a ques tion-and-answer period in six up perclass women's residence halls, the same time tonight. Karole Panameroff, graduate student in political science, will speak on Russia in Atherton lounge. Dr Laurence Lattman, assis tant professor of geomorphology, will speak on the "Necessity of Undemocratic Educational Proc ess," in McElwain lounge. Dr. Edward Thaden, associate professor of European history, will discuss "Russian Education," In Haller lounge; Dr. J.
