If you prefer only the sport and practice . . . . then you'll enjoy the division's practice and competitive shoot 3., Expert instruction, advice and safety tips are available in riflery, archery, fly-tying and fishing. Skiing down a snow-covered slope near State College with the members of the Ski Division. On a nearby mountain the division maintains a 1000-foot ski tow which serves a variety of trails suitable for both the novice and more advanced skier. For the many members of the club who have never skied before, there are in struction classes to teach the basic ski techniques through films and group instruction. • SKIS • POLES • BOOTS •TOBOGGANS Don't Miss .... The division maintains a net work of marked trails in and around the mountains surrounding State College for the benefit of members who like to hike and get out in the open air.
