Penn State's Captain Chuck Bibleheimer blanked the Indians' number one man, Jack Merrill, in the first set, 6-0, and took the second set, 6-2. Each Penn State player fol lowed Bibleheimer in doing a repeat performance in blanking out his opponent in the first set. Sophomore Dick Ludwig's fore hand looked impressive in his victory over Juniata's Ray Pfron ger by shutting the Indians out, 6-0, in the first set and taking ; the second set 6-2. Jerry Carp had ian easy time defeating Dick Ott 'by 6-0 in the first set and 6-1 in the second set.
