Other Grants Available PrOgrams for assignment in Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, France, Ger many, Greece. Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey and the United Kingdom and Colonial Dependencies will be announced in June, although applications will be accepted from May 1 to October 1. Grants for lecturing abroad un der the Smith-Mundt Act pro gram will be available - in approx imately 40 countries which do not participate in the Fulbright pro gram. Its theme will be "Stepping Stones to a Successful Safety Program." Joseph Intorre, associate in charge of driver education for the University's Institute of Public Safety, is president of the Asso ciation this year and will preside at the business sessions._ Amos E. Neyhart, administra tive head of the Institute, will speak at the April 6 session. Ney hart is a director of the Associa tion.
