He airiassed a total of 1620 points in the six events included in the all-around to surpass Cron fetedt’s record-breaking perform ance of last year by 11. The high est possible total is 1800. Competing against three other entries in the all-around, and a field of over 50 in the six regular Eastern events, the Nittany cap tain walked off with two first place trophies, and two seconds, in addition to winning the allr around. Syracuse’s Milan Tmka, who provided top competition for the Lion ace, was runner-up for the Olympic title with 1496.
