The Penns Valley Ski Club and the Outing Club will meet at 7:30 tonight in 109 Agriculture to vote on a merger of the two groups. If plans of officers and execu tive boards of the clubs are ap proved, the Penn State Outing Club, similar to the Dartmouth and the University of Maine Out ing Club will be formed. The club will be sponsored by the Recreation department. A constitution has been com pleted by the governing bodies and will be submitted for ap proval if the merger go°s through. Election of officers and a faculty student board of directors will follow. The proposed club would in clude three divisions: winter sports, cabin and trail, and field and stream.
