'Purpose of the theme is to exemplify the services of the Penn State fraternity system' to State College and surrounding communities. The' winning fraternity will re ceive a permanent trophy. Points toward the outstanding fraternity award will be given as follows: first place, 15 points; second place, 12 points; third' place, ten .points. Williams Too Calm With Ken Williams Jr., who plays the amorous architect, it is Just the opposite, and one can't help wondering whether Miss May made the best choice in re gard to the two men. Williams Seemed rather calm and unemotional for the type of person and the situation. Per haps his matter-of-fact approach was designed to be the best ac cording to some, but to us he ap peared to be slightly underplay ing the part. In certain spots this trait was an admirable asset, but when Williams did at times be come excited, he seemed too dif ferent a man from his previous characterization. Russell Miller, who played Miss May's policeman father, looked like and did • everything that was expected of him.
