It’s func tions, services and specific pro grams help to implement the I total objective of this College. It’s effective programs have been available to students of Wind crest, Campus Dormitories and various town areas. This As sociation has a definite place on the Penn State Campus and has been a contributing factor in aid ing with social, religious and moral problems of student groups and individuals.
