PAGE FOU' Strong Penn State Soccer Team Xo Meet Gettysburg Tomorrow Penn State's soccer squad, ,trongest since 1942, will have its first test of the 1946 season when the Lions tangle with Gettysburg on the baseball field 1:30 p.m. to morrow afternoon. Coach Bill Jeffrey begins his ist season as the Lion soccer mentor with a record surpassed by no other collegiate team in the country. His 103 wins with 15 losses and 21 ties include a string of 65 consecutive games without defeat over an eight year period. The hooters have been going through daily practice sessions for the past few weeks in.prepa ration for their season opener.
