An other possibility Would be to com pound information on the ski facil ities of each area into one report for the use of person s looking for different places to ski. Arrangements were made for a state-wide competition to be held on the slopes now used by the Penn s Valley Ski Club February 1 and 2. The new federation is the first state skiing organization to be formed. Carl Schott, dean of the school .of Physical Education and Athletics, attended the meeting and spoke on the interest the Col lege has shown in skiing. Representatives of the following clubs were present: Pittsburgh Ski Club, Johnstown Ski Club, Brad ford Ski Club, Beacon Hill Ski Club (Junior) of Bradford, Pine Top Ski Club of Phillipsburg, and the Penns Valley Ski Club. The Philadelphia Ski Club, The Poco Ski Club, The Wissahichen Ski Club of Philadelphia, and the Pocono Mountains Ski Club all sent letters stating that they wish ed to join the Federation.
