Eligibility According, to the eligibility clause,—"No person shall run (Continued on page five) Plans Begin For IFC Sing Plans for a fraternity sing were discussed and a committee ap pointed to determine the interest in such a project at the Interfra ternity Council meeting in the Phi Kappa Tau house Wednesday. Ten member fraternities have indicated a desire - to take part in such an event to be held on a,Sun day afternoon late in the semes ter. If ten other groups' will take part, the sing will take place, ac cording to Joseph Steel, IFC pres ident. Details for the IFC dance fea turing Benny Goodman, to be held.
