Friday, May 20, 1927 WOMEN "CO-OPERATION The greatest step forward that has yet been made to securing co operation between the town and campus girls of Penn State was: the passing of the amendment to' the ,W. S. G. A. constitution pro viding for a Town Gills' senator. The town girls will vote for their first senator at their annual election on June first, second and third. Before then they should consider most carefully to whom they want to give this ni..w honor and responsibility According to the constitution. of their organization, the senator must be elected from the Junior class, so that she - will be a Senior during her term of office. Aside from the constitutional' require ments, the girls should choose one who has the interest of the town girls at heart, who is willing to give her time and energy to fur thering their interests, who has a knowledge of their needs and an understanding Of the situation, and has proved this. This newly acquired privilege of teprescntation in the Senate gives a real opportunity for the town and campus girls to begin co-operating with each other. In the past thts has been lacking It has been as much the fault of one as the other. Here is the town girls chance to prove their willingness to go half way, as the campus girls did in supporting the amendment, to pro mote a spirit of good feeling among all women students at Penn State by coming out one one hun dred per cent strong to vote Council Sets Freshman Move-up for Saturday (Continued from first page) Stud,nt Bonnd mcaLing on Sum', utter unanimous Wag noon Intotm on the folios, sm• man. lutions Where.
