Y. M. C. A. Notes. The mission study classes start their work for the second term on next Sunday, the 16th. The classes and places of meeting are as fol lows: on China, led by Gross. 'O9. room 114 Main; on South America, led by Bennetch, 'O9, room, 106 Main; on America Problems, led by Kukle, 'O7, Wentzel, 'O6, Ache son, 'O9, rooms 130 and 226 Main; on Medical Missions, led by Dunn, 'OB, room 126 Main; on the Foreign Work of the Y. M. C. A., led by Sec' y. Wilber,room 273 Main. The opening sessions of the classes will be held at 1:30 p. m., and those who wish to enroll should hand their names in at room 273 Main before next Sunday. A bulletin of all classes will be maintained on the board by the door of Room 273. The speaker for the meeting on next Sunday evening will be Mr. E. C. Mercer, of New York,City, until recently Superinlendent of the famous Jerry MacCauley Mission on Water street. The meeting will be in Old Chapel, and there will be special music. State, 30; W. U. P. 13. After being defeated by Buck nell by the score of 16 to 14 the' W. U. P. basketball five was downed by Penn State on the Armory floor last Thursday night. ' The game was rather rough but well fought and it was through the excellent team work of Capt. Dußarry and his men that they were victorious. "Lefty" Weger played a fine game for the Pitts burghers with his fast floorwork and he found the basket with ease sev eral times. The whole State team showed decided improvement since their last contest but especially noticable was the shooting of Waha and the general playing of Furiston. W. U. P. 14 forward...
