After being defeated by Buck
nell by the score of 16 to 14
the' W. U. P. basketball five
was downed by Penn State on
the Armory floor last Thursday
night. ' The game was rather rough
but well fought and it was through
the excellent team work of Capt.
Dußarry and his men that they
were victorious. "Lefty" Weger
played a fine game for the Pitts
burghers with his fast floorwork and
he found the basket with ease sev
eral times. The whole State team
showed decided improvement since
their last contest but especially
noticable was the shooting of Waha
and the general playing of Furiston.
