Thomas Ritr, an aged gentleman who resided in Sharpsburg, was found dead, on Wednesday night last, in Poplar Run, near Catfish tavern, in Blair county. He had been in HolliJays-. burg, and as a cut was found above his left eye, it is supposed that he fell off the bridge while on his way home. The water was only about six inches deep where he was found, and it is thought that he was to stunned by the fall that he became powerless, and was thus drowned. A Good Jewelry Store.
