A company of gentlemen acquainted with the Salt 'immisress, and who have great confidence in the success -of their enterprise, are engaged in boring in the town -of Bonaparte, Van Buren Co. Should there be found salines in the Territory, which would, on being worked, afford a sufficient supply of salt fur consumption, it would bo an incalculable ad -vantage to that section of country. Their supply is ystrw derived chiefly from New Orleans, and from the Araanufactories at Knnawha, in Virginia.
