FATAL DUEL We are indebted to Mr Collier, Clerk of the Oil- Agin, for tho particulars of a fatal duel which took place near Vicksburgh. on the 29th ult., between 8 and 9 o'clock AM. Mr Ryan. Ohor of the Vicksburg Sentinel, was shot dead by Mr flammet, of the Whig. They fought opposite Vicksburg. distance ten paces.— Ryan fell the fourth round. The second and third round Ryan shot Htmmet, first in the shoulder. and at the next fire cut the clothes in the small of the back.— Hammet's ball, at the fourth round. struck Ryan's pistol and g binned into his breast causing death.
