Another charge was brought against him by oar Mr. Donavan, who testified that Frank Kelly had taken him Into custody and instead of giving bail for his appearance, Kelly accept ed one hundred iiollars which the prosecutor gave him. A Boy Drowned.-I)oroner McClung held an inquest on the body of a boy, about 18 years Of age, who was drowned in the Allegheny river on Thursday.
