Because 20,000 soldiers wander about the streets of London every Sunday night with 110- whero to bo, the authorities have been prevailed upon to consent to al low a few theaters to be opened for their entertainment. The law requir ing theaters to remain closed on Sun days is rigidly enforced in this coun try, only moving picture houses, and those In limited number, being allow ed to run.
