"To secure the best results obtain able in street decoration," went on the forester, "we must have the hearty co operation of every citizen in the entire city. This department will endeavor to advise how and what to plant, who is competent to do pruning and who is not. We will attend to the pruning and general care of your trees free of expense in regular order as the re quests come in."
