"Deafy" Taylor Cuts His Hip With Razor in Fall Tom Taylor, known to the police aa "Deafy" Taylor fell on the sharp edge of a razor last night and badly cut himself. After receiving treatment at the Harrisburg hospital he was turn ed over to the police department. Taylor was over in the Eighth ward, and is said to have been drinking. He had a razor in his hands showing it to several friends.
