" My wife has been percept inly sinking for some three
years or more, In consequence of her great anguish and
suffering some months itefore and during confinement
every successive one more and more debilitated ana
prostrated her, nutting her life in imminent danger, and

that tills state of things was inevitable, and resigned
myself to meet the worst. At this time (now nl>oul two
months), I heard your took highly spoken of, as con
taining some matters rebelling toy case. On t h receipt
and perusal, I cannot express to you the relief It afforded

ray wife, on learning thnt the great discovery of M. M.
Dceomcaux provided a remedy. It opened a prosjx'ct
to ine which I little conceived "was possible. No pecu
niary consideration can ever repay the obligations I am
under to you, for having boon the means of imparling to
us the matters contained in "The Married woman's
Private Medical Companion." But for this, ere another
year would have passed over my head, in nil human
probability my wile would have been in her grave and
my children left motherless."

residences of the town, or the American
House and Forks Hotel ; and he will
