The National Banks are receiving • a large amount of currency daily, and are depositing their surplus with the'Assistant Treasurer for three per cent. certificates. Eight hundred and, fifty thousand dollars • were thus deposited on Saturday and to day. The Treasury is thus likely to re ' calve all the money it Wants.
