An Interesting time was hail at Al dornum Jones' olllcc yesterday after noon at 5 o'clock, when testimony was taken regarding the recent Ararat shooting of the robbers who stormed the Maylleld power house of the trni: tlon company. Thn Delaware and Hud son crews of Conductor Slgmund ltob tiliis and the Ontario and Western crew of Conductor Thomas Morgan were present. The testimony was substantially the same as that published In the news papers at the time of the tragedy. The ludicrous features were In the efforts of the men to get glory and bravery out of the affair. Some of the de tails related were minute enough to satisfy the most exacting cross-examiner. Some of the witnesses accused each other of running away, hiding In the locomotive tank and lying down In the cab to avoid the bullets. WILL APPLY FOR A CHARTER.
