THAT a General Stamp-Office is now
eftabltfhed at the feat of governmint, in the
city of Walhington, from whence there will
issue, from ajid after the date hereof, (upon
the application of the Supervisors of the
Revenue, under whose management the
collection of the damp duties is placed) any
quantities of paper, paschm-ent and vellum,
marked or (lamped, and duly cnuuter-ftamp
