It is rightly termed ALL-HEALING, for there is scarce ly a disease external or internal, that it will not benefit. I have used It for the lust sixteen years for nil diseases of the chest, involving the utmost danger and respousi- Witty, and I declare before heaven and matt, that not in ono case has it failed to benefit, when the patient was in the reach of mortal means. I have ball physicians learned in the profession, have ministers of the gospel, )udgcs of the bench, alder• men, lawyers, gentlemen of the highest erudition, and multitudes of the poor aae it in every variety of way, and there has bean but one voice—one universal voice, say. wg—"III'ALLISTER, YOUR OINTMENT IS GOOD RHEUMATISM.—It removes almost immediately the inflammation and swelling, when the pain cease.. This Cream, when once known, will supersede all other arti cles of the kind now in use. Where the hair is dead, harsh, thin, unhealthy, uor turning grey, a few applica tions will make the hair soft and dark, and give it a beau tiful, lively appearance; and will also make it maintain its liveliness and healthy color, twice as long as all the preparations that aregenerally used. Where the hair is thin, or has fallen off, it may be restored by using the Cream. Every lady and gentleman who is in the habit of using oils on their halt should at once purchase a bottle of the Chinese Hair Cream, as it is so composed that it will not injure the hair like the other preparations, but will beautify it, and give perfect satisfaction In every in stance. For testimony to its very superior qualities, see the fol lowing letter from the Rev. Mr. Caldwell to Mesrrs. Hendershott & Stretch, Nashville, general agents for the Southern States: Letter Vast Rev. R. Cakitodl, Church, H. KETERS. Ebranzagsnorr 8 STILSTVII GENTLEMEN—I take p.easure in adding my testimony in favor of the excellent PreParElicb called Dr. Parish's Chinese Hair Cream; for, about two years ago my hair was very dry, bristly, and disposed to come out; but having procured a bottle of the Cream, and used it according to Meprescription, it is now elastic, soft, and firm to the head. Many balsams and oils were applied, each leaving my hair in a worse state than before. This Cream, however, has met my expec tations. . _ As an article for the toilet, my wife gives it preference Over all others, being delicately perfumed and not dis posed to rancidity. The ladies, especially, will find the Chinese Cream to be a desideratum in their preparations for the toilet. Respectfully, lce., R. CALDWELL. N. W. METCALF', Allegheny, August 7,1849. farnt9:dtf : Prrrearaan, Jurie De, )d4ll. Mr. T. K. Ifibberr—Dept Sir: In *ply to. Your request - to have my opinion relative to the quality of your Wri ting Fluid, I may state that I have used it in my Institute of Accountants for nearly a year; where I use none but the best of Inks. It becomes a perfect black soon after being written with, and hrsuitlible for any kind of pen, but more particularly the metallic pen, which does not clog with it as with common. ink. It writes well , upon any kind of paper r and• on account of its Said property writes better on parchment than any of the common inks. I perceive what you have made recently is dark er in color when first written with. This is a- decided improvement, _particularly for book-keepers, who have frequently to *rite with candle light. Your Red Ink is decidedly the best of that kind of nomestio manufacture that I hare tried ;—it will be found on trial in every res pect equal to - Arnold's best English manufacture. Your Machine Copy Ink leaves a good impression, and willbe found worthy of a trial; but .I cannot myself speak ea confidently of its propertiesas the others, nothavutg had . the same experience in the use of it.
