Ed Woodfork and Norman Wooster, three of the Navassa rioters, pleaded guilty to manslaughter. This disposes ot the whole batch, with the following result: Three are convicted of murder in the first degree, 14 of manslaughter and 23 of riot. All will be sentenced next week. The whole business, tt is expected, will go to the United States Supreme Court, the question being ' railed of the jurisdiction of the United States over the Island of Navassa.
