About 11 years ago the dog became the property of Ralph “Buck” Toner and when “Buck” became employed at the Bellefonte postoffice, “Pooch - ie” regularly made the rounds with him as he delivered mail. About a month ago “Buck” entered the arm- ed forces, and the dog, of course, couldn't go along. For several days he appeared normal, but after that he refused to eat and grew listless and dispirited. Pinally he was taken to a State College veterinarian for treatment, but medicines had no ef- fect.
