An exception is made in the case of a piquant little tarn o'shanter. It must be the softest of materials, v e 1 o u r, moufflon, stitched panne velvet, plain vel vet, duvet do laine, duvetync anything without stiff lines. Some of the smartest of these hats aie stitched in sephyr and have tHo most charming zephyr flowers on them. A lovely chamois - colored felt is braided in old gold.
