Kisco, the Democratic candidate for the Vice Pres idency. The reading matter—barring its continu ed assaults on Fogydom—is excellent, and no. a little of it sprightly and spirited. We can forgive the one fault, for the pleasure we experience in reading the generality ,of its articles, which, upon the whole, are able, interesting and instructive. [Er GRAHAM'S MAGAZINE, for October, is an ex cellent number, and fully sustains the previous high character of the work. The embellishments are superb, and the reading matter cannot be excelled. BOSTON, Sept. 15.—The returns of the election in Vermont show that there has been no choice for Governor by the people.
