In the Senate Mr. Emery presented the Delaney report It exonerated him from complicity in frauds en the state, sets forth that the supplies for the Senate barber shop have been pro cured in violation of the law and adminis ters a rebuke rather te the Senate than te the Senate librarian, who purchased the supplies for the shop. Samuel Adams and bis brother in-law, Gray, are severely criticised, the former for venting his spleen en Delaney and the latter for fur nishing 60 bars for 100 bars of Reap te the state report. It is signed by all the mem bers of the committee. In the Heuse. The Wallace veluntaryribunal bill te adjust difficulties between' employer and employed came up in the Heuse en second reading and consumed the entire time of the session. Ammerman opposed the bill, holding it would net be beneficial. Hines offered an amendment, that the bill apply te all trades of the commonwealth. Messrs. Tayler, of ClearfielS ; Hathersall, of Phil adelphia ; Niles, of Crawford ; Reraig, of Philadelphia, and Robertsen, of Alle gheny, favored the bill ; while Neill, of Philadelphia ; Sponsler, of Perry, and McXamara, of Bedford, opposed the bill in its present shape. Ne action was taken en Hines' amend ment, when Sponsler offered euc, that the courts of common pleas have power te settle dispute, but it was net agreed te. Ammerman offered an amend ment in sixth section te compel arbitration en the wages paid. Ormsby opposed it : "The bill, like ethors, was worth less and injurious ; the law of sup ply and demand would regulate all such things." The amendment was net agreed te. Several ether amendments were offered, but lest. An amendment iu sec tien 10th, " That said umpire shall report in ten days," was adopted. Taunton, Mass , April IS. lillen Hall Asey, aged C years, was found dead in her house iu East Taunton this morning with indications that she had been muidcrcd. She was found lying with her head m a tin basin and surrounded by peels of bleed aud with a hole in her forehead. William Flynn was found in an adjoining room eevmely cut in the forehead and his wtery is that Timethy aged 19, aud Jehn aged 22, the sons of the murdered woman, were engaged iu an altercation last cveniug, when he interfered and was struck en the head by Timethy with a chair. The boys put him in bed, and the last he rciuotn rciuetn bers was the old woman standing ever him and trying te staunch the ilew of bleed. He was awakened at 3 o'eleck this morn ing by Jehn, who said his mother was dead. Beth sons say they were away from home all night, but tell conflicting stories as te their whereabouts. All the parties have been arrested and held for ex amination. He Forgave Ills Murderer. NeKTn Adams, Mass., April 18. 11. A. Savage, who was shot en Wednesday by James Barrett, died this morning.
