One'fittally Injured and the Other Wounded by a Farmer. Twe tramps, whose names are supposed te be Schoot and Barten, called at the farmbeusc of David Leng, a mile south of Ckanibersburg, about 4 o'clock Thurs day afternoon, and demanded something te eat. As they weie both intoxicated, Sir. Leng refused te give them anything. Schoot swore he would bave it if he had te fight for it, and pushed into the kitchen. After several unsuccessful efforts te get him out, Leng ran into an adjoining room and procured a revolver. On bis return te tbe kitchen Sehoet struck at him several times. Leng told him te leave or he would sheet, but Schoot prcsisted. Leng then fired, the first shot striking Barten, who was standing en the perch, in tbe arm. Leng again Gred, the shot taking effect in Sellout's left side and passing into the abdominal cavity. Schoot ran te the perch and fell, while Barten fled. Werd was sent te town for officers, who arrested Barten and brought him and Schoot te town, where medical aid was rendered. Barten has been sent te jail for treatment, and Schoot is at a board beard ing house. There are no hopes of his recovery, and his death is expected at any time. The shirt which Schoot wears bears the name of 11. Frantz. He was unable te give his name, and the names here given were received fiem a fellow tramp, who had been with them. Leut? Was arrested and is in jail. His counsel Will bring him into ceart en a writ of habeas corpus. The ICepertect ICevnlutlen In Hajll. Ne information has been received at the state department at Washington of the revolution reported te have been begun in Hayti en the 27th of March. Thetc is no reason; however, te doubt the truth of the statement. The reports fi em the island are that the town of Mirageaue has been occupied by the revolutionary party, under the leadership of Beyer Bassala and Gen. Barlew, and fortified against the govcir. gevcir. tnent feiccs. President Salomen has had considerable experience in dealing with revolutionists, and unless the new move ment against his authority should be mc cessful, its leaders will, undoubtedly, be shot.
