Callahan, Superintendent of the said road. And - at Johnstown on the 3d of August, for the put pose of exam ining the aforesaid claims on the Portage Railroad, to gether with those reported by J. 31. Orr, Supervisor on the Lower Western Division. LAND DAMAGES.—The Board trill proceed over the Portage Railroad on the 31st of July, to examine the claims for damages caused by the construction of the road to avoid the inclined planes on the Allegheny Portage railroad.
