In view of the fact thnt the expiatory mission of Prince Chun, brother of the emperor of China, was one of thu conditions of pence em bodied In the demands of the powers the interruption of the journey of Princo Chun, who is now in Hatel, Switzerland, hue created considerable comment. The excuse of sickness is uowherc entertained seriously.
