By virtue of nn order of the Orphans' Court of Columbia county, the undersigned will expose to public sale the following pieces of real eslaf: All that certain house nnd lot of ground situate in the town of Catawissa. in the coun ty of Columbia nnd State of Pennsylvania, bounded nnd described as follows, to-wit: On the west by Front street, on the south by land late of Samuel Kckj on the east by land of Cntnwissa Kail Koad Company, and on the north by land of George Steelier, containing in front on said Front street, thirty-five feet, nnd extending back in depth one hundred and sixty feet, whereon are erected a two story FRAME DWELLING HOUSE, stable and outbuildings.
