Bradley, Assoclato Justice of the Supremo Court of the United States, died yesterday morning at his home here of generul debility. Justice Brad ley was seventy-nine years of age, Joseph P. Bradley was born in Berne, Albany county, N. Y., on March 14, 1813. He entored Rutgers College, at tho ago of twonty und graduated with honors in 183G. In 1839 ho wus admitted to tho bar. He practiced for thirty years In New ark and was highly successful. President Grant appointed him a Justlco of the United States Supreme Court in March, 1870.
