Section 1. The Select and Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia do ordain, that the Department ot liiiruways be and is hereby authorized to construct the lollowing sewer. viz.: On the lino of Alaska street, in the Fourth ward, to extend from. Sixth to Soveuth street and be built of brick, with an interior diameter of three feet, aud such manholes as may be directed by the Chief Engineer aud Surveyor.
