The New Department of City Property, The Committees of Markets, City Property and Wharves and Landings met on Tuesday for the purpose of preparing an ordinance organizing the Department of Maikets and City Property. They agreed to report a bill providing for tho election of a Commissioner of tun Department on the first Monday in January, 18J8, at a salary of $2000 per annum.
