NEW SCHOOL HOUSE. —The citizens of Sehellsburg have at last concluded to build a new public school house.— We are glad to learn this, as the old house has become so dilapidated as to render it unfit for use. We hope that the new building will be an ornament to the beautiful village, as we know it will be a monument of their love for the diffusion of useful knowledge. 0 PARTRIDGES.— The last Legislature pas ed a supplement to the Game law of 1858, fixing the period in which partridges may he shot, between the 20th of October and 20th of December, and by the same act fixed the penalty for shooting them at any other period at 825.
