Carlisle Clark, Huston town, and “CRCF Lil Firecrack er” took home grand champion female honors at the Pennsylva nia Farm Show’ Red Angus Show. The heifer first topped the February calf division. A two-year veteran of the Farm Show, he has exhibited cat tle for five years. Carlisle is the son of Jack and Tina Clark, Clark Farms. The Clarks purchased the calf's mother already bred. The family is not new to the Farm Show winner’s circle. Car lisle’s brother Jack took home grand champion steer honors in 2001. The family’s operation in cludes 300 head of cattle 150 registered Angus and Red Angus and the remainder feedlot cat tle. CJ Cattle Company took home the grand champion bull spot in the Red Angus show, in addition to winning grand champion bull honors at the Farm Show’s Here ford Show. The farm is owned by C.J. Furlong, Mount Joy. Furlong exhibited three breeds of cattle during the Farm Show. He also operates a fitting service. Full results follow: PA.
