David Mullins Assumes Regional Manager Position STAR TANNERY, Va. David Mullins has been named the American Angus Association regional manag er in the northeast. He will relocate to Star Tannery, Va., and assumes his duties March 10. His responsibilities will include serving members and breeders and representing the Association and Angus Journal at sales, shows, field days and other industry events in the following states: Connecticut, Dela ware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Ver mont, Virginia and West Virginia. Mullins most recently worked as the Eastern field rep resentative for the American Gelbvieh Association. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and also has completed training at the Missouri Auction School.
