On Thursday, classes end at 3:30 p.m. Friday closes with a summary presenta tion and reception. Sponsored by Chester County 2020 Trust, the Chester County Economic Development Council and the Penn State Cooperative Extension Chester County, the summit is an outgrowth of a major study focusing on the economics of agriculture completed in the late spring of 2002.
