Leon Peachey and his wife Marty have operated this dairy in the milking string. Big Valley for about two years. They rent the 100-acre farm and The Peacheys have two children: Colin, 5, and Alexis, 3. own the rest of the assets here, including about 65 Holsteins in the Steve and Susan Neff manage this 280-acre dairy situated on a Steve’s parents, Earl and Marian Neff, first purchased the farm mountain plateau near Steam Valley. They milk about 80 Holsteins 15 years ago. in a tie-stall barn and grow corn and alfalfa to feed them.
