Winter wheat harvest is over 60 percent complete which is faster than last years progress. Export news that China cancelled a large booking of US hard red spring wheat overnight, limited gains in bids. Corn and soybean bids fell sharply due to profit taking on the Board. Improved chances of rainfall in this weeks forecasts and declines in crop rat ings were pressure factors. Corn ratings dropped 4 percent for good to excellent while soybeans fell 6 percent. Traders, however, are cautious as this is a short week for trading and its still very dry most places. Lack of fresh export news also pulled corn and bean bids lower. Wheat mostly steady to 3 cents higher. Com 3 to 5 cents lower except Minneapo lis 2 cents higher. Sorghum 9 cents lower. Soybeans 4 to 10 cents lower.
