I’ve planted three kinds of peas and so the harvest is stretched out for three weeks. In fact, I let them bloom a second time, so I can harvest some in July. This year I put 180 tiny onions in the ground, and have been pulling tender ones to eat most everyday. Garden cress is one of my favorites as the taste is simi lar to watercress. It grows quickly and must be cut regularly or it will go to seed.
