Traders await Friday’s acreage and quarterly stocks reports. Light overnight sales of corn was also supportive. Good weather and harvest progress is still a negative factor for bids. Most gains were due to carryover strength from yester day’s strong close Wheat mostly steady. Corn steady to 4 cents higher. Sorghum 5 cents higher. Soybeans 4 to 5 cents higher. Wheat bids held near steady as har vest pressure and slow export interest kept a lid on advances. Continued strong corn and bean trade added some firm ness to wheat bids.
