Grain Market
Summary
St. Joseph, MO

Report Supplied By USDA
Daily National Grain Market Sum-
mary
Wheat bids finished around steady;
corn and soybean bids moved higher.
Traders await Friday’s acreage and
quarterly stocks reports. Light overnight
sales of corn was also supportive. Good
weather and harvest progress is still a
negative factor for bids. Most gains were
due to carryover strength from yester
day’s strong close Wheat mostly steady.
Corn steady to 4 cents higher. Sorghum
5 cents higher. Soybeans 4 to 5 cents
higher.
Wheat bids held near steady as har
vest pressure and slow export interest
kept a lid on advances. Continued strong
corn and bean trade added some firm
ness to wheat bids. Export sales have
been slow this week.

strong finish today. An increase in the
U.S. Crush report figure supported bids.
May was reported at 132.6 million with
meal stocks at 287 thousand tons. A few
export orders were announced for corn.

The composting process eliminates methane gas and hydrogen
sulfide odors while converting manure in a pathogen-free, weed
seed-free organic product that will never revert to raw manure.
The end product is a stable organic material which has retained
most of its nutrients and is no longer a breeding source for flies, bee
tles or other insects.
