On Mother’s Day Pay Tribute To The Women In Your Life Do you have fond memories of a dish your mother or grandmother prepared? The mobile mammography unit from the Lancaster General Health Campus will be at the BarevUle Fire Hall on Thursday, May 10 from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. They will be located in the new building which is behind the old fire hall. The mammography exam will be done in a private room by a certified mammography technol ogist. Films will be transported to the LGH Health Campus to be developed and read by a radiolo gist. Reports will be sent to the patients private physician and a summary will be sent to the pa tient. The approximate cost of this study is about $lOO. All billing will be handled by the Lancaster Health Alliance. They will bill in surance companies if informa tion is provided. Contact the bill ing office with any questions at (717) 290-4259. We ask that you do not use powder or deodorant under the arms until after the study as it effects the films. If you refrain from caf feine, use several days before the study, it will be more comfortable for you. Tonight, Jaylene will crown a new Berks County Lil Miss to re place her. “I really liked it (being Lil Miss), but now I’ll have more time to play,” Jaylene said of no longer being responsible for dairy promotion. “It is important to drink your milk everyday,” Jaylene said. She has two favorite recipes, “using lots of real cheese,” that she likes her mother to make. She hopes readers will try the recipes.
